Return Policy

At Bronze Bod, we want you to love your purchase! However, due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on used or opened items.

If your product is unopened and unused, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at bronzebodsunlesstanning@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

We do not accept exchanges at this time.

Shipping Policy

DHL Express (Discounted rates from Shopify): Carrier-calculated shipping cost + $100.00 handling fee (Delivery time varies based on location)
